Why MyFire exists

Important decisions deserve
more than a quick answer.

A student may be protecting curiosity, independence or the freedom to change their mind. A parent may be protecting opportunity, stability or time. Those perspectives do not have to compete before they have been properly heard.

MyFire is built to help a family move from scattered advice and unspoken concerns to a more useful question: what do we understand, what still needs checking and what can the student try next?

The people behind MyFire

Meet MyFire’s co-founders.

MyFire develops reports, builds the technology behind them and trains its partner network. Enquiries received through the website are passed to the relevant MyFire partner for follow-up and guidance.

Co-Founder

Sanjeev Agarwal

Sanjeev leads the research and development of MyFire's reports and serves as their final reviewer. He also coaches and trains franchise partners, associates, dealers and sub-dealers, helping them understand the reports and communicate their findings responsibly.

He brings 20 years of experience in counselling and coaching, alongside extensive work in DNE (Dermatoglyphics Neuroscientific Evaluation). His focus at MyFire is report quality, ongoing development and preparing partners to support students and families.

Co-Founder

Manann Agarwal

Manann leads technology and product development at MyFire. Working behind the scenes, he builds and improves the platform, systems and digital tools that support MyFire's reports and partner network.

His background spans artificial intelligence, machine learning and related technologies. He focuses on turning these capabilities into practical products and reliable workflows for the people delivering MyFire's services.

    A student does not need a chosen career or a polished explanation. The starting point can be an interest, a disagreement, a shortlist or simply a question that keeps returning.

    The student's own wishes and the parent's concerns both belong in the conversation. The aim is to understand what each person is noticing, hoping for and worried about.

    Career directions are possibilities to investigate through course research, conversations and small experiences—not labels, predictions or instructions to follow.
