By accessing or using My Fire's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Fire. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

My Fire provides fingerprint analysis services based on dermatoglyphics methodology. Our Services include:

• A platform for capturing and submitting fingerprint images
• Professional analysis of fingerprint patterns by certified analysts
• Personalized reports containing insights and recommendations
• Account management and report access

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Not Medical or Psychological Advice

Our fingerprint analysis services are for informational and personal development purposes only. The insights and recommendations provided:

• Are NOT medical, psychological, or professional diagnoses
• Should NOT be used to make medical or mental health decisions
• Should NOT replace professional medical, psychological, or career counseling
• Are provided as one tool among many for self-understanding

3.2 No Guarantees

While our analysis is based on established dermatoglyphic research, we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any analysis
• Specific outcomes from following recommendations
• That insights will apply to all aspects of your life

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account using Google OAuth. By creating an account, you:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18
• Agree to provide accurate information
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4.2 Account for Minors

If you are creating an account to submit fingerprints for a child under 18:

• You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child
• You consent to the collection and processing of the child's fingerprint data
• You accept these Terms on behalf of the child

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Only submit fingerprint images that you have the right to submit (your own or your minor child's with proper consent)
• Not submit fingerprints of other adults without their explicit consent
• Not use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our Services
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use automated systems to access the Services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, analysis methodologies, and software) are owned by My Fire and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your fingerprint images. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze the images for the purpose of providing our Services
• Store the images as necessary to deliver the Services
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvement (without identifying you)

7. Payment and Refunds

7.1 Pricing

Creating an account and submitting fingerprints is free. Analysis services may be subject to fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your analysis report, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the report by contacting hello@myfire.in. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• MY FIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON OUR ANALYSIS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TECHNICAL FAILURES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Fire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit to the Services

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Fire is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first at hello@myfire.in to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation.
3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Fire regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
