Terms of Service

MyFire develops and reviews personal teen reports. MyFire partners handle enquiries and provide guided student–parent conversations about interests, stream choices, career directions and course options. Your partner will explain whether the service suits your needs, what is included and when it will be delivered before you book.

MyFire does not diagnose medical, psychological, learning or educational conditions; measure IQ; prove aptitude, personality or brain dominance; predict exam performance or success; or guarantee a stream, course or career outcome. Materials must not be used as the sole basis for a major education, clinical or employment decision.

An adult may use the service for themselves. Where the service relates to a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be involved and must have authority to provide the information submitted. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without appropriate consent.

Enquire about pricing for the teen report or the report with a guided conversation. Your MyFire partner will confirm the total cost, including any applicable taxes, and the delivery timing, sessions and follow-up included. Both report options require fingerprint capture. You will receive the details in writing before payment. This website does not collect card or bank details.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and not use MyFire outputs for hiring, screening, ranking, promotion, candidate selection or performance decisions.

MyFire owns its website, templates and service materials. You retain rights in the personal information you provide, subject to the limited processing needed to deliver and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Reports and guidance are intended to help you consider your options. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, MyFire is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions made using the service. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
