Capture 30 fingerprint images
Use your phone to capture three images of each finger. The guided flow takes you through all ten fingers and shows your progress as you continue.
Most people complete the process in approximately 15-20 minutes.

Quality check, preparation and human review
Your submitted images are checked for sufficient clarity. When an image cannot be used, you are asked to retake only the affected image.

Receive and discuss your report
Your PDF report is typically delivered within 3-5 business days after acceptable fingerprint images have been received.

Most retakes happen for four reasons.
If an image is unclear, we identify the exact image to retake. Your other completed images stay saved — you never start again.
Dry hands
Sweat or oil softens ridge contrast.
Indirect light
Bright but no shadows or glare.
Clean lens
A clean camera makes a clearer ridge.
Stable surface
Movement during capture causes blur.
Good captures
show ridges sharply.
Whole fingertip in frame. Ridges clearly visible end-to-end. Even lighting, no glare.
When something is off, we ask for that one image only. The rest of your work stays saved.
What happens to
